The next (and my favorite) of the Ministry Mares: Rainbow Dash, of the Ministry of Awesome! The first character I did when I started this project.

Fallout: Equestria is a fantastic read, I recommend it to anyone who is a fan of My Little Pony or Fallout. I've wanted to do something in honor of it for a while, and finally I settled on the Ministry Mares. (Mostly because I couldn't find any decent images of them, or their emblems, online.)

Fallout: Equestria belongs to Kkat, MLP:FIM belongs to Lauren Faust.



(And no, I haven't read the series of side-stories. The original was enough, kthx.)

The plasma casters as a homage to the original plasma guns were a nice touch.

in fallout eqeustria this armor was called the carapice armor and was a creation by the ministry of awesome and the ministry of image and was created in order to face the zebra army with more than just the steel hooves and the tail was a weapon added because it could allow pegasi to quickly attack their opponents without getting injured due to lack of protection oh and p.s. the ministry of awesome is pretty mch the equivalent of the enclave

Actually, I deliberately left the helmet off, as well as the bit for the battle saddle...I tried them both, but was dissatisfied with the results. Besides which, I wanted to show off that iconic hair!

Since Calamity stated that he was unable to use his armor's guns without his helmet on during their little adventure in Old Olneigh, I'd guess so.
